30-Day Return Window At Notebook Universe, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility To qualify for a return:
- The Sticker, Planner Notepad, Stack Notepad, and Sticker Sheet items must be unused, in the same condition in which you received them, and in their original packaging with all tags and components included.
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Defective Items & Customer Remorse (Change of Mind) We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products:
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products: If your Sticker, Planner Notepad, Stack Notepad, and Sticker Sheet items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may return them for a full refund or replacement at zero cost to you.
- Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you change your mind or decide you no longer want the item, you can still return the unused Sticker, Planner Notepad, Stack Notepad, and Sticker Sheet items within 30 days at zero cost to you.
Free Prepaid Return Label & $0 Restocking Fee
- Return Method: By Mail.
- Return Shipping Label: Free Prepaid Return Label provided by Notebook Universe (sent via email for you to download and print).
- Return Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Free) for both defective items and customer remorse (change of mind).
- Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We never charge restocking fees).
How to Start a Return
- Email our customer support team at support@notebookuniverse.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will approve your request and send you a Free Prepaid Return Shipping Label via email along with return instructions.
- Pack the Sticker, Planner Notepad, Stack Notepad, and Sticker Sheet items securely in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off with the designated carrier.
Refund Processing Time (2 Business Days)
- Once your returned package arrives at our facility and is inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days from the date we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Refund Method for Cash on Delivery (COD): Because orders are paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), your full refund will be issued within 2 business days via electronic bank transfer (ACH) or check, based on the refund preference you provide when initiating your return.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange your Sticker, Planner Notepad, Stack Notepad, and Sticker Sheet items, please contact us at support@notebookuniverse.shop. We will issue a free prepaid return label for your original item and ship out your replacement once the return is processed.

If your order has already shipped, you may return it using our free 30-day return policy.
